DNS hosting
We host your domain's DNS records on DNSimple's anycast, DDoS-protected network. We make any changes you need to the records and validate them before they go live.
Website migration
We'll get you up and running by migrating your website or applications to your new VPS. We can help with most CMS and application frameworks: WordPress, Drupal, OctoberCMS, Bolt CMS, Laravel, CodeIgniter.
Proactive monitoring
We monitor your VPS and website from multiple global locations with email and text alerts. Check your site's status and performance at any time - see our example report.
Software updates
We keep your VPS operating system and your website's CMS up-to-date with bi-monthly updates. We will also reboot your VPS at a pre-agreed time if this is needed to apply updates.
Multiple backups
We take daily backups of your VPS' file system and hourly backups of your databases, and store them off-site with an independent provider. We also snapshot your VPS weekly for disaster recovery purposes.

Our Process
To ensure a smooth transition - or launch your new website - we follow a simple process.
Typically, customers purchase their VPS directly from Fasthosts, and the managed services from us to actively manage it. If you would prefer a single supplier, we can use a "direct billing" arrangement, where we purchase services in our account on your behalf and provide a single invoice that covers both aspects.
1. Registration
Contact us and request a partner validation code. Use the code we send you to register an account with Fasthosts and link to us as your partner.
2. Install & Configure
Once registered with Fasthosts using the partner code we sent you, we purchase your new VPS and configure the required software.
With us as your partner, you will automatically get 5% discount on your VPS purchase and £30 credit after 60 days as long as your service remains active.
3. Discover & Migrate
We work with you to discover what websites or applications you need your VPS to run. We come up with a migration and cut-over plan with you and perform that plan to make the switch.
If you have hosting services with other providers, we confirm when they can be cancelled.
4. Manage
We configure and maintain included services - backups, monitoring and updates. We monitor your VPS to ensure it is running smoothly at all times.
If our monitoring detects any problems, we pro-actively investigate and, if needed, contact Fasthosts on your behalf.
You can request us to make changes to your VPS' firewall or your domain's DNS records at any time.
